Volunteer Hours

• Our members keep track of volunteer hours that will be used for award certificates, service dollar auction at convention, and for reference letters. Volunteer hours include organizing projects and participating in community service events.
• Our club secretary, Katherine, also needs them to fill out the club monthly report that she sends to District. They are submitted to the email account (info@circlekclub.com) at the end of each month.

Co-Curricular Record:

• Our faculty advisor, Jeff Keshen, has told us about the U of O Co-Curricular Record.
• The Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is an official university record of a student's volunteer activities undertaken both on and off-campus, and the skills acquired, so long as a minimum of 20 hours service is provided to an organization.
• Basically, it would allow us to give more “professional” recognition to involved members.
